Yeah so they called me today after getting my "nevermind" email, and apparently had the cover ready to ship... except they forgot to make up the side skirts. They're supposedly going to make them and have it shipped out within 24 hours, and give me a discount on the whole order. Not holding my breath though. But everyone says the quality is amazing, and if it's truly here in a few days that will just be impossible to beat. Really need a proper cover.

Tough time of year to be ordering a custom cover and wanting it quickly.

Yeah I can appreciate that... but I would MUCH rather have been told "we're super busy, it might be 8 weeks or more". Just generally terrible / almost zero communication.

Anyone work with these guys? They seemed to have a good reputation. Chatted with them on the phone a couple times before ordering, sometime middle of May. Was told "3 weeks or so." Here we are almost 8 weeks later and virtually no communication. The only 'update' I got was over 2 weeks ago when he assured me it would be done and delivered "before July 4th."

Just sent him an email telling him to just forget about it, and I'll start looking locally to see if I can get a cover made up.
