*outer bearing

Spindle is the same on 5200/6000 lb axle… just the outer bearing/hub is different.

This thread is also loaded with 89 trailer info which may match your 85 6-lug. I’ve heard somewhere there are 2 size drums/hubs which could impact the OD of your inner bearing.

Take the old bearing and races to a good auto parts shop -- like NAPA.  They should be able to help.

If you have 6 lugs you have a 5200-6000 lb package

Wouldn’t hurt to measure what you got and compare to what you get.

Hi, new to forum. Just found the trailer for an 85 SN that I purchased on a lake.

Hubs leaking.

I pulled bearings and seals   I’m looking at parts online and can not ID the parts needed.

What weight was this trailer built for?

Kits are listed as 2,500-3,500 or 5,200-5,000 pound trailers.
