Not sure if you are looking for a project or something turnkey.  If a project, this is on Craigslist.

A little more complicated than it used to be.

1. Be on a computer instead of phone or tablet
2. click on arrow pointing NE above the reply box to go to "full reply editor"
3. click on little tree icon
4. click on choose file (picture must reside on your computer)
5. find the photo on your computer and click on the photo id.
6. Click on upload
7. Click on OK.

It depends on the state, the age of boat and the length of boats, all state dependent. Some states require titles for greater that 12 feet, 14 feet, 16 feet, and then variations on year of manufacture. But, as you know, the question is easily answered, and your ad is clear that you need a boat that is titled. Good luck in your search.

Old boats here in the US typically do NOT have Titles. Only 'transferrable registrations'. Same goes for trailers. It does vary by state, so you'll have to check with the sellers.
