No, I do not believe the engine mounting points are the same. If memory serves, the Chevy motor's mounts are about 4" further apart (lengthwise).

I would imagine that the engine to boat wiring harness plug/connector is the same for both engines.

I want to R&R a 351w ford with a 350 chevy in a 2001 ski nautique. I rebuilt the engine for my 77 ski-tique & now I'm replacing the floor and foam. BUT - now I found a 2001 with a bad motor Soo - if it's straight fwd. I'd like to get the 2001 up & work on the 351w and floor of the ski-tique ? Is the wiring cannon plug the same ? How about the engine & trans mounts ? ect...
                     thanks waterdog
