If I recall correctly, the rub rail caps are a difficult item to source. Somewhere in a thread long ago someone fabricated some out of aluminum pipe. Maybe you will get lucky and find some.

Swim plat form in any condition must have hardware on/for platform to attach to boat.
Also need 1 starboard rub rail end cap, will buy both. All parts for 93-96 nwz ski nautique. Thank you
