Ok, I am going to explain things a bit further (because I am bored). Since you said the fuel system was only used for one year, I am going under the assumption that you have the TBI (throttle Body Injection) setup. First off, let me say that PCM (Please Craft Marine...the marinizer) outsourced the TBI setup to Holley (basically, it is Holley's 4V system...4 throttle plates and 4 injectors rated at 950 cfm). PCM utilized a proprietary control module (non adjustable). Holley basically copied GM's throttle body design and even went so far as to use some GM components to make everything work. However, the GM and Holley throttle bodies are different castings. But, take a look under the hood of GM TBI vehicle and you will instantly recognize everything on your PCM marine engine. PCM (probably with Holley's help) wrote the programming so everything would work well with the Ford engine and Pro Tec ignition system. I believe the TBI was available in '94 AND '95 (so two years, not one).
Now, I believe it is your fuel pressure regulator that is leaking fuel...either the gaskets/seals/fittings or the regulator itself. Is this what you have? If so, the fuel pressure regulator is the object on the left side of the throttle body between the inlet and outlet fuel fittings. Email Holley for a replacement part...it will be the same. You then need to set the fuel pressure between 13.5 and 14 psi. Maybe you need this to repair a leaking fuel pressure regulator. Here are some part numbers: IAC: MOPAR # 53030657 MAP & BARO sensor: GM #16137039 (both the same) While you are making the repairs, check the color of the throttle arm (where the throttle cable connects) it should be painted red. If not, your engine never received the PCM throttle body recall. Forgot the issue that warranted the recall, but the entire throttle body was replaced. |

Yes, IF you have a TBI setup (which you still did not confirm) then the throttle body is made by Holley. Holley uses GM electronic or electro-mechanical components such as the ICV, TPS, and barometric sensors, and fuel pressure regulator. The Ford engine has nothing to do with the fuel system.

Need more information. Is it a TBI setup? If so, the parts are either Holley or GM. Just take what you got and let the parts guy match it up.
Let me be more clear. Mechanical parts are Holley and the electronic or electro-mechanical parts are GM...early nineties era. |

I HAVE A 1995 SKI NAUTIQUE. I HAVE JUST STARTED DEWINTERIZING IT. WHEN I STARTED IT UP I NOTICED A GAS LEAK ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE THROTTLE BODY AROUND WHAT LOOKS LIKE A BOWL. I BELIEVE ITS COMING FROM AROUND THAT BOWL. CAN YOU GO TO AUTO PARTS STORE AN GET THOSE GASKETS AND DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT TYPE OR CAR TO THEM FOR.
