The difference is the price, the material I believe is all the same. No physical diff.

I've used automotive exhaust manifold gaskets before without issue. If there are differences between auto and marine I'm not sure what they are.

Most any 302/351W gasket should be fine, Jens

I am going to change my bolts in the exhaust manifolds. The bolts are nearly gone...so its not easy.
Maybe I have to cut the bolts away, remove the manifold, get the bolts out and then put on a new exhaust gasket. My question is: can I use a exhaust gasket from a 351 Ford car motor ?? (my motor is PCM Ford 351 1996 , with GT heads 285 HP and no injection). I live in Copenhagen Denmark and have to get parts from CC England or USA, and it would be far easier to buy one in a car shop in Copenhagen if it fits. Best regards, Jens Chr Nielsen Copenhagen DK |
