I've done it before, the washer kit was $19. They were in three different thicknesses to stop rotation where you want it.

Has anyone done this on a boat motor? My brother told me about it, and it sounds like a cheap way to gaine a small amount of power! Im going to buy a spark plug indexing kit($50) and see if it works..
