Fairly nice driver option on the 69.That is a non factorry for sure had the guy send rest of pics.Missing the most desired pieces for me,And the butchered in bow rider is an ugly mess. What a waste!!

the one I fell in love with was a conventional inboard with a closed bow, red and white. Is that bowrider setup original??

I've seen thoce BKH,there is a grandkid now Kit I think trying to find some. The early were Baracudda"s also.I was told years ago mine was one of maybe 35 produced in 1961,with the v drive beeing the rarest.Wish that one was closer in had rear hatch and windshield.

I'm trying to find a pic of the first production fiberglass Arenacraft. Dan Arena's nephew, also Dan Arena, hunted the boat down, restored it, and shows it at some of the local shows. I have a video with him talking about the boat, but can't seem to find a still pic. If I find it, I'll put the pic up. BKH

Now you guys are gonna break my heart.I have tAat same boat,My first boat gave 700 dollars for it.The stringers were so bad I broke a shaft from v drive to prop.So I removed the rub rail and sawwed the deck off.new stringers and floor no foam trapped air.Used it for years
It could use a new interior and a paint job.Last year somehow the drivers side windshield broke. If that one had one I'd buy it just for it.Forever known to my pals as "THE ZAT BOAT--ze broke"I went thru my worst storm in the old boat and was glad I knew what was under the floor."ts older than my wife and I've had it longer." Munday And tons of storage BTW mines 1961 |

Don't know why this made me laugh so hard when I read it. Dan Arena was a famous boatbuilder. I don't know who Don Arena is/was. BKH
