Welcome Glassic and Congrats!
That number you found is the serial number with the SN for Ski Nautique. Best avenue it appears is to call Correct Craft directly in Orlando and ask for Jeff Warner and give him that number. From there he will probably be able to tell you the year model down to the date the engine was set in the hull. He's done this for me on several occasions. As soon as you can post some pictures and share some more info regarding the engine, color, etc.. |

Hello! I'm new here. I just purchased a '64 to '66 ski nautique. I'll be going to haul it home later this week. I have worked on some classic Century fiberglass inboards, but this is my first correct craft. I'm sure I'll have lots of questions, so thanks in advance for any input, and info you can send my way.
My first question is how do I determine the year? It's in pretty rough shape at the moment, but when looking it over (and working out a purchase price) I noticed that there is a number on the inside lower corner of the motor box, which I believe began with "SN" (for ski nautique?) Can this be the serial number and is there a resource out there on the web or somewhere that can help me determine the year based on this number? Thanks! I plan to post pictures when I'm able. |
