A few years ago I was looking for the same info, and both skidim and the folks at PCM told me Autolite 764's with a .045 gap for the '94 Pro Boss TBI.
Autolite 763's are called out in the owner's manual, but are no longer available. PCM said the 764's are the replacement. |

There is sure a lot of knowledge out here on the forum. Thanks for the confirmation on the Autolite 764's. I have found a few references for the proper gap. I found both .045 and .044. Probably can't tell the difference but I would like another confirmation if possible. Anyone with this knowledge please pass it on. Chuck

Im not sure about the factory gap, but the 764's are the right plugs.

I recently purchased a 1994 Sport Nautique with the 5.8 EFI Engine. It has Autolite 764 plugs in it. Can anyone tell me if this is correct. Also what is the gap requirements. I Assume .35. thanks Chuck
