I used a bar to twist it off, just put bar through the eyelit and twist while lifting up at the same time.

they make one that clamps to the pylon and doesnt slip over.

i tried with other boats but ive found the easyist way is just to cut it off

i am putting on a pylon, and i can't get get the the rope hook ont he top of my stock ski pole to come off of my 86 SN. i got the 2 pins that hold it in place to come out but the ski rope loop to come out. am i doing something wrong?
