Just went through the same ordeal. My boat has the older Teleflex (blue) gauges which are hard to match up. I ended up ordering a Teleflex Universal from Overtons (couldn't find one anywhere else that was even close) for around $55 that has a similar background. I saw an Airguide tach on ebay this week that would match the speedos.

Anyone know where I can find a Teleflex Tach for a 1981 Nautique that matches the other gauges?
