I think it's an interesting boat Pete, but IMO it is gawd awful ugly and such a poor attempt at a FG boat, no wonder Chris Craft never made a decent ski boat in FG. You can see the planks through the fiberglass on the side of the hull. The only Chris Crafts I really like are the plywood ski boats they made in the early 60's. They never made them in fiberglass. Correct Craft made good looking FG boats from the beginning, despite their reluctance to switch over.

12K doesn't sound like a bad price BUT!!! There is always a catch. If you think that rot is a major issue with wood stringers, the Silver Arrow has got nothing but a rot problem. Most who have restored them do not put them in the water on a regular basis. Very cool boat though! I would get it if it wasn't for the money and the space. Unlike Tim, I don't have a parents house's yard I can put boats in!
