At the risk of opening the "Oil/Zink can of worms", I happened across this website where you can buy Hi-Z motor oil, or an additive to use in your own oil.

Any thoughts?

If you want higher zinc content oil you can use Rotella or Chevron's diesel oil, I forget the name. Valvoline racing oil is also an option but probably only available locally in 20W-50. Either is a good idea in engines using a flat tappet cam. I use Rotella in my boat.

Hey Woodster, sounds like an option. The only zinc laden oil I can find in my area is Val 20-50 racing. I did come across another "vintage" oil that goes under the tradename of "Accel", it comes in a 10-40. Believe it or not it's at Wallyworld around here. Anyone heard of it?

And, before Br. Dr. responds to this--I cannot find any straight weight Rotella around here.

Check WalMart, that's where I found it.
