Lucky for me that in Australia we get 4 weeks leave standard every year. We also get 8-10 days paid sick leave etc etc etc.

Only problem with living 'down under' as they say is there are not many old CC's available.

In 24hrs tops I'll be a dad - lucky kid haha

There are only a few here on Lake Wallenpaupak, PA, mostly newer ones, although I spotted what looked like an early 70s Nautique at a mooring. A few weeks ago we were skiing with our '86 Nautique and a late model 'full dress' Air went by. Someone in that boat recognized our boat as a distant cousin and the whole gang waved and hooted. Pretty neat!

Bremsen, the guy with the 88's name wasn't Steve Alexander was it? Know him very well. I ski on Wylie as well, 83 2001(gray hull, gray & black stripes. Where do you ski at? We usually stay above where the south fork runs into the lake. Maybe I'll see you out sometime.
Nautiquefrk, I saw the Body Glove boat at the sand bar last weekend. Very clean boat.

My wife and I went out for a short cruise around the neighborhood this evening. In about and hour or so, we counted 63 Correct Crafts docked, and 8 on the water.

Saw a lot of Nautiques out this weekend in Indian creek. There were a lot of smaller boats out this weekend. Lotsa 'toons and a considerable smaller number of big boats. Must be the gas prices~! Could be a great thing for the Lake of the Ozarks~!

Aussie Ken, The pole attaches to the lift ring with a large carabeener (sp?). It usually attaches to the strap that goes under the bow. The line puts some pressure on the front bow, but I monitor it to make sure it doesn't rub through. Getting a tower for it this winter....its still a little cramped with the pole/rack.

83SN2001, Yes it was Steve....really nice guy and an awesome boat. We mostly board north of South Point ramp right in the main channel (we're usually out early 9-12). The south fork is too hot to board in the summer, but we'll probably be up there more during the fall. I'll be sure to keep a lookout for ya....thats a pretty rare color combo you've got.

Brewski and Stang,
Hey Brewski, let us know when you might make that autumn trip; if there is a way possible, I'd like to join you with the 69 Nauique.

Yellowdog & 79:

After a dawn patrol ski outing this weekend I did a cruise around Snow Lake and counted 83 CC's on Snow alone. Now James is almost three times the size of Snow, and adding in Otter Lake and Jimmerson all the way back to Nevada Mills, I am willing to bet a six pack that my estimate is much closer than yours.
