I'm about to change the oil in my 82, it has a 351 W. the only problem is that i don't know exactly how much oil to use and what weight, I'm sure this question won't take long to answer.

In the reference section is an Engine manual for the 351. I beleive it's 5 Qts of 40W. They also reccommned you fill the oil filter half full before putting it on.
