I've got a idea:
We could all pitch in a dollar, find a boat that really needs some work both engine/hull and give it to Chris so he has something to work on.

Don't make it too hard a project, afterall Chris is only a "hobbiest" and therefore obviously knows nothing about working on boats. I'm afraid the same holds for you too, Pete...just a hobbiest. In fact I think I am going to ask Keith to delete your 10,281 posts since you are just a hobbiest and know nothing about boats, so probably its all wrong...and Alan, there's another hobbiest that we better have stop posting his progress on the Hurricane, since he's just a hobbiest and will obviously steer us all wrong. I think Keith should post a warning to anyone that might have a question on the site that there are only three people on the site qualified to render opinions, suggestions, or ideas. I think it will be a much better place then.

( sorry folks just had to vent a little)

Larry, Hobbiest isn't such a bad term. I used to work with a couple of older guys that were some of the best in our profession in the state. I used to tell them they were Hobbiests because they did such a good job that if they were professionals, they would have gone out of business long ago.

Hobby Boats can be expensive when the hobbyist is limited on their own skill and expertise.

Wow Larry..that was out of character for you. Did I miss something on here? That was real "tongue-in-cheek" so you must be refering to something I missed.

I did however notice that you posted after working hours. Must be getting a little more busy at the job.
LOL buddy.

Larry,
Do you think Keith has a "delete all" option to hit on his software? I hope so because otherwise he'll need to hit the delete button 20,239 times for the 3 of us.
