After breaking a couple I just made them out of plexiglass from Lowes. I made a cardboard template, cut it out, and polished the edges. Glued it into the hinge. Ready for the next time I forget and leave it open when docking in a tight area.

Larry,

I have the glass, but it does not have the metal trim that acts as the hinge. I needed the passenger side glass for my 1980 and I found one. Once I got the glass with metal trim, the glass was slightly shorter ( 1/2"). Upon more inspection the angles were slightly different.

I removed my right (Driver) side glass and took it to a glass shop and made an exact copy ( Green type glass with two 3/8" holes drilled) and they sent it out to be tempered. We put the metal trim piece on the new glass so now I have a complete window. The metal trim is still slightly different, but it works.

This old glass, without trim may fit your boat. I am not sure where it came from, but it may of been from a 82-83 2001 Hull. E-Mail me and I can send you some measurements and a picture of what I have to see if it will work for you. I found the Taylor Tee Handles on E-Bay. I got lucky. The Taylor Adjustable Arms are available on E-Bay also. I got mine at Wholesale Marine.com . They also have some Plastic Tee locks that may work for you. The orginal Tee Handles, they act as locks, are hard to find.

If you do not have the metal trim piece, this glass will not do you any good. If you have a cracked window or a broken window with the trim I may be able to help.

Donald
