On the whole Christine O'Donnell thing, I heard a couple sound bites the other day that absolutely cracked me up. Here are the two things that caught my attention:

1. Her opponent could not correctly name the 5 freedoms the 1st Amendment protects.

2. She was correct and her opponent incorrect about the fact the Constitution says nothing about "Seperation of Church and State".

It's funny how people who actually know the Constitution and what it says get bashed on. Is that because it doesn't help serve the agenda of those that are trying to convince us it says something different than it does?

I'm not sure why we tend to blame the President when Congress is the one enacting these bills that take us in a negative direction as a country.

Along the lines of the Energy Bill from back during the Carter years is the Fair Housing related legislation. Much like the Energy bill causing more harm than good, the housing bills have created quite a problem 20-30 years later.
