Welcome to CCfan. Get us some pictures. We'd love to see the boat. Make sure you get some pictures and a short story submitted for the diaries section too. The paint used by CC were standard Rust-Oleum colors which are still available. What color is it now? If you just found us, spend some time on the site. Yes, the outline in black is shadowed in with a airbrush. There's a great thread by one of our members who did it I'd say a year ago. I'll see if I can find it and get a link.
The blue is ether Rust-oleum saftey blue or a royal blue. The best way to do the SN letter graphics is to have a Gerber mask made by your local vinyl sige shop. The rest can be done by hand with "fine line" 3M tape. |
