Sometime this year, we taxpayers will again receive another 'Economic Stimulus' payment.
This is indeed a very exciting program, and I'll explain it by using a Q & A format: Q. What is an 'Economic Stimulus' payment? A. It is money that the federal government will send to taxpayers.. Q. Where will the government get this money? A. From taxpayers. Q. So the government is giving me back my own money ? A. Only a smidgen of it. Q. What is the purpose of this payment? A. The plan is for you to use the money to purchase a high-definition TV set, thus stimulating the economy. Q. But isn't that stimulating the economy of China ? A. Shut up. Below is some helpful advice on how to best help the U.S. economy by spending your stimulus check wisely: * If you spend the stimulus money at Wal-Mart, the money will go to China orSri Lanka. * If you spend it on gasoline, your money will go to the Arabs. * If you purchase a computer, it will go to India, Taiwan or China. * If you purchase fruit and vegetables, it will go to Mexico, Honduras andGuatemala. * If you buy an efficient car, it will go to Japan or Korea.. * If you purchase useless stuff, it will go to Taiwan. * If you pay your credit cards off, or buy stock, it will go to management bonuses and they will hide it offshore. Instead, keep the money in America by: 1) Spending it at yard sales, or 2) Going to ball games, or 3) Spending it on prostitutes, or 4) Beer or 5) Tattoos. (These are the only American businesses still operating in the U.S.) Conclusion: Go to a ball game with a tattooed prostitute that you met at a yard sale and drink beer all day ! |

I've been skiing for 40 years. I still suck. Yes, I've learned from my falls, but don't make me the feature performer in your ski show. By the way, I'm not comparing him to Obama, that wasn't my point. I prefer Romney to Trump, for example. Seriously, look into Trump's failure with his rental empire, then Trump airlines, then the Atlantic City buildings. He's amazing, a billionaire that comes out of bankruptcy time and again smelling like a rose, but I wouldn't want him leading the country. Bruce, that's outstanding!!! |

Trump is a survivor, he falls off the horse, dusts off and hops back on...he is a huge risk taker, which could be a good thing....i think his shortfalls were due to a failing economy, BUT he does realize what keeps the ball rolling.
you give the people money they will come....(to Trump plaza) I surely would give him my vote before i would give it to Palin, or Obama. I went right I went left, the middle might not be so bad |

the guy use to be a DJ on some morning zoo when he started out, that means he went for a communications degree and learned how to feed off of those that will listen. he would be more credible if he broadcasted from an underground location and gave his 35 million dollar salary back

Eric, you seem to rule out Beck becase he makes money, but Trump is OK. I am confused. I think Beck has found the place where he will be most succesfull. Like Rush and even Palin, I think he is to idealsitic and shoots his mouth off to much to attrack a wide enough following. They can be very influential and wield more power from outside the system. I like Beck for his personality and convictions. I hope he is paranoid, and all his insights are not going to come true, but he has been acurate on a lot of things.

Eric, hate to disappoint you, but I heard Trump on the radio yesterday and he said he was going to run, as a Republican. He had a lot of interesting things to say. His views remind me of Pat Buchanon.

Dave, Pablo Escobar made a ton of money...Beck feeds off of people as do the 300 million Bucks Howard Stern clips people for...they are radio hosts plain and simple. thats what they are good at.....feeding off of those that will listen is their talent.
Trump is a businessman, Real estate mogul....you give him a buck, He'll give you 2 back |

Rush is the worst hypocrite I've seen in years - and a coward - can't stand him. Does Beck have any experience in business, being an administrator of anything? I don't know, really know very little about the guy. I've already stated my feelings on Trump, but there's no denying he has the experience in business.
I view the U.S. President as the biggest administrative job in the world, and when people with no experience running anything get a job like that it likely won't go well. |

David Koresh tendencies? Jeffery lundgren? Charlie Manson, Billy Graham....A hidden gift they have. I respect what the 2 do Beck/Rush but you must differintiate what their purpose is, like me they pollute the airwaves lol
I think there is a list out there of Becks fantasies to where the facts were exaggerated and he back tracks, but you right Rush is very hypicritical...and I am very hypicritical of him |

im not a fan of pillhead myself at all. beck on the other hand accepts government is too big and needs to stop spending. he realizes our kids will inherit this awful debt we are currently creating. realizes that government needs accoutability and get rid of the lobbyist.hes not perfect by any means but at least he sees theres a problem, and i like his thinking on fixing the problems. i think these tea party guys with the outcry of americans can move this country into the right direction. its gonna take many many years but it will get turned around, or i will be glad i collect guns and ammo.

Glen is a constitutionalist and a believer in the individual, throughout his commentary he never drifts from that. He believes in the wisdom of the individual to make the best, and non-corrupted decisons. Govenment is supposed to be for the people and as it grows and transfers power from the community to the state to the federal level it can no longer be responsive to the individual, it becomes generalized. |

Glenn Beck, Shawn Hannity, Bill O Reiley, and Rush Limbaugh are great peeple. They tell it like it is. Obama and company said he was going to try to get Fox news off the air. I wonder why!! These guys are great christianns and people that care for America and do not want it going to some communist socialist way in this time or in the future. I love em to death. A+1 guys to me!!

Dhimmitude -- What does it mean?
Obama used it in the health care bill. Now isn't this interesting? It was used in the health care law. Every day there's another revelation of what Obama and his fellow Democrats are doing to our country. Dhimmitude -- I had never heard the word until now. Type it into Google and start reading. Pretty interesting. It's on page 107 of the healthcare bill. I looked this up on Google and yep, it exists. It is a REAL word. Amish, scientologists, Christian scientists and Muslims are exempt ...ARE EXEMPT...from the requirements of the health care bill. I think I could become Amish a whole lot easier than Muslim. Word of the Day: Dhimmitude Dhimmitude is the Muslim system of controlling non-Muslim populations conquered through jihad. Specifically, it is the TAXING of non-Muslims in exchange for tolerating their presence AND as a coercive means of converting conquered remnants to Islam. Obama Care allows the establishment of Dhimmitude and Sharia Muslim diktat in the United States. Muslims are specifically exempted from the government mandate to purchase insurance, and also from the penalty tax for being uninsured. Islam considers insurance to be "gambling", "risk-taking", and "usury" and is thus banned. Muslims are specifically granted exemption based on this. How convenient. So I, as a Christian, will have crippling IRS liens placed against all of my assets, including real estate, cattle, and even accounts receivables, and will face hard prison time because I refuse to buy insurance or pay the penalty tax. Meanwhile, Louis Farrakhan will have no such penalty and will have 100% of his health needs paid for by the de facto government insurance. Non-Muslims will be paying a tax to subsidize Muslims. Period. This is Dhimmitude. Dhimmitude serves two purposes: It enriches the Muslim masters AND serves to drive conversions to Islam. In this case, the incentive to convert to Islam will be taken up by those in the inner-cities as well as the godless Generation X, Y, and Z types who have no moral anchor. If you don't believe in Christ to begin with, it is no problem whatsoever to sell Him for 30 pieces of silver. "Sure, I'll be a Muslim if it means free health insurance and no taxes. Where do I sign, bro?" |

Sooooo much to say. So Rush got addicted when being treated for pain to a prescribed but known to be really addicting drug, admitted his problem, went through treatment, took all of the wrath the liberal media could give him, survived a criminal investigation that most drug dealers would never have gotten, has stayed clean for years, and so you think he is bad. Our president on the other hand admitted using a non prescribed highly addictive illegal drug (cocaine)recreationally in his youth and got a complete pass from the media, and you voted for him. And Rush is a hypocrit? But Rush could be elevated in your mind to be a true patriot if he just gave half of his hard earned money to people who have not earned it. Your opinions might be for sale but that just does not fit with my personal ethics. Rush , Glen, Hannity, all have become private buisnessmen, employing tens to hundreds each and managing contracts, finances, marketing and image. I would hardly call them inexperienced. You can give Donald a buck and he will turn it into two, but these guys did it without the starter buck. |

once an addict, always an addict...Jimmy Jones employed hundreds, he too was an addict lol, these guy's are simply big mouths and prey on the ones that will listen and that is there "craft" they hire people to handle their money. same as doprah....except she is addicted to food
In my book, they surround theirselves with intelligent people....kinda like Bush did im not on the addict kick but its not the type of person that should be in charge, Beck really did start out as a radio host on a morning zoo show, thats not a great background. |

Trump said he would impose a 25% import tax on Chinese goods which would take care of the debt we have with them and bring manufactoring back to the US.
He said he would tell OPEC to lower oil to $40-$50 per barrel or else. He said America can't be great without $40-$50 oil. He said he would charge other countries for our services and noted that we gave the Panama Canal to Panama for $0, didn't charge Kuwait for saving them, or Iraq. He said these countries should at least have reimbursed us for our costs, but no one asked. I agree with the last one, but seems like the fist two would start wars. |

Thanks for the clarification Joe, I figured that was the case but didn't have time to look myself yet.
I'm not sure Hannity, Beck, O'Relly, etc. employ hundreds, negotiate contracts, make business decisions. I honestly don't know, and I think it's a critical point. If they don't, and handlers do it all for them, I think we should be wary of their ability to manage. I'm not saying they necessarily are bad candidates, but I do think it's worth looking into their specific skills and experience beyond just the rhetoric. Limbaugh the coward - he carefully screens callers on his show. His short lived TV show had him alone sitting at a desk, no guests. His short lived stint on the football show ended quickly. He refuses to interact with those that might be able to effectively argue with him. He has no backbone. Those ideas of Trump's make sense, but couldn't be implemented. It takes tact and diplomacy to get a tenth of what he's talking about accomplished, and he's saying he'll just do it. Again, and I'm sorry I'm repeating this but I think it's important, for all of you saying Trump takes 1 dollar and makes it into 2, just as many times he's taken 1 dollar, made it into nothing, and moved on with the help of bankrupcty protection. He'd fire himself if he had the chance. |

Trump's latest "success" story:
<<Trump has been caught in the 2008 financial crisis as sales for his Trump International Hotel and Tower in Chicago have been lagging and he failed to pay a $40m loan to Deutsche Bank in December.[25] Arguing that the crisis is an Act of God, he evoked a clause in the contract to not pay the loan and initiated a countersuit asserting his image has been damaged.[25] Deutsche Bank has in turn noted in court that 'Trump is no stranger to overdue debt' and that he has twice previously filed for bankruptcy with respect to his casino operations.[25] On February 17, 2009 Trump Entertainment Resorts filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, Mr Trump having stated on February 13 that he would resign from the board.[26] Trump Entertainment Resorts has three properties in Atlantic City.>> |
