This boathouse may have shown up on a previous thread, but it's worth another look. It's owned by one of the Winn brothers, of 4-Winns boats. It's on Round Lake, which is just off Lake Michigan in Charlevoix, MI. I think the house was for sale a few years ago for $11,000,000.
Anyone have change for a $20,000,000?

Unreal... Cool to see what went into it.. The last time I saw it is was by picture only.. Not sure of the whole history, but Four Winns made some nice equipment over the past few decades. There cudys were all over the lakes here in the Midwest...

Yes it counts. I'd kill for a pole barn. I've been searching my area for a pole barn for over two years. It's nearly impossible to find one that doesn't come with a house.
I've sort of given up (that's what I tell my wife). I'm going to pursue building a garage at our cottage.

Boy, this is a coincidence; It was just announced today that the Detroit Pistons are being sold to Tom Gores, the billionaire investor that bought 4 Winns boats last year.

4 wind boats are produced for the masses and do not compare to other boats in its class. Match it up to formula or sea ray and you will find there is no comparison. of coarse there is no comparison in price as well.
i guess you pay for what you get. just my personal opinion. He built a 2m boat dock i guess somebody or a lot of somebodies liked them.
