My Dad had one in the early to mid '80's Peter.Popular in the Fla Keys back then, before they came out with flats boats. His was a 19 foot center consel with a 115 Suzuki.Able to run in shallow water in the back country but not the greatest in the ocean. I think they were a copy of a Mako which was popular back then too,a nice quality boat.He wishes he had it now.

Gary . somewhat i think its called a flat back, it has the bow rail but otherwise close. what were the protrusions off the transom? in web pics i noticed some models having that and it appears to be live wells maybe? Bruce thanks i might need a trailer .it has what appears to be the original era but most i have seen are bunk trailers this is a roller.

it makes sense frees up the deck. i just joined classicaquasport.com there are some great resto projects and a company in fla hammerhead boats that redo these things. all these blog sites could use a tour through correctcraftfan to see how its done right
