yeah they do, when i was a kid I can remember tunnels sitting in their drive waiting for the next race, lets say that was 30 years ago.
Todd has an Allison with a hopped up 200 Merc on the back and he buzzes the lake every weekend, all you can see on the fly-by is prop in water. I figure they pretty much know props. all the big guys use hydro's. now if only they would put their energies towards ski boat props |

Maybe white seats with black piping? Like this picture here: 76 Ski Nautique White Seats with Black detail Black is hot... white shows dirt I guess, but you can always use a stronger seat cleaner on the white. |

No they are not Jeff, but very hard to tell the difference.I bought a brand new set, the horns themselfs are stainless rather than chrome and the base is a little different the the original that were on mine. Only Pete would know the difference once on

Wow man looks great! It does take a lot of resin. I used 10 gallons of resin and 3 gallons of hardener. Nice clean work.

Okay guys! whats the trick on pouring foam, can you pour with floor installed with relieve holes or not. whats the best way? need help. we are going with 3/4 ply floor! bedded to bulkheads and glassed to hull sides.

Jeff,
I'm always in favor of injecting foam over pouring it. When injected into a cavity, it skins on all the surfaces it contacts forming a aditional barrier to water. When Roger did his foam testing, there was a difference. I've injected thosands of cu. ft. and really like the process. The product I've aways used is Handifoam. It may seem more expensive but you end up with less waste that needs to be factored in. |

For the bulkheads I would bed them in thickened epoxy just like the stringers.

Jeff, It's the 1.75 lb. density quick cure 605 (605 BF) or the 205 (205 BF) The guns that come with the kits are made to slip poly tubing onto their tips as a extension but the tubing does not come in the kit. I've foamed some really deep cavities using the tubing. Brian (fins), back a few years, posted a link to a thread with pictures posted by one of the fiberglassic's members. It was interesting because it showed the whole process of injecting foam under a ply floor. |
