I notice that there seem to be a lot of folks located all around the US on here, but not so much in the Pacific Northwest. I live in a little town called Lake Stevens (yes, it is a good ski lake) that is about a 30 minute drive north of Seattle.
Are there "pockets" of CC Fan's? Is the midwest or east coast stronger than the west coast on here for some reason? What is great about the internet is that we can all love our Correct Craft's no matter where we are! |

I've been wondering that too... especially since the "area" tab isn't filled out on people's profiles. I know "fins" is in Lake Tapps, and I am in Tacoma. It seems that there are a lot of correct crafts in California, but it seems rare to see them here in the Seattle area. I was wondering if that is because of our proximity to Florida where the boats are built? or more because of our beautiful but short summers? :) I'd love to know if there are more of us too?

Rich - very cool. I live behind the covered bridge north of the old downtown in Lake Stevens.

I think it has a lot to do with with proximity to Orlando with respect to the old boats. There are tons of them out east, and the midwest. Especially near the old Midwest CC as they were around for decades. Just an observation.
One of these days I will bring a couple or three more out there as I am headed to the Pacific Northwest when I retire, or sooner. Currently have a cabin near Sandpoint. |
