I thought Perry was the only option for America?
Romney is THE man. Accept it. He is rich anyway. I am sure the republicans are more busy planning the election theft, than anything resembling a plan for America. |

What's rich got to do with it? Name the last president that wasn't rich, not in our life time.
I don't know who The Man is yet, but would you rather not have an election and just give Obama another 4 years? |

Perry will come back. He will look much stronger in the debate. I always and will always vote republican. Romney is good, but just like all have some weakness in some areas. They all can not be strong in all areas. Polotics does not work that way. But any of them are better than Obama for a another 4 yr term and his communist ways. What made me smile on the last debate, is most of them wanted Newt for there VP. He will be the Obama killer. Whether it is Romney and Newt, Perry and Newt, Cain and Newt, Newt is a excellent VP. Lets go Pubby's!! |

NO, I don't think stopping elections is right.
But I do at this point in time put my money on Obama. Without question. The republicans have, well, nothing. I suggest the pubs keep holding debates, it's fun for me. What is it now, another debate every week or two? And the audience ends up stabbing the gop, I love it. |

Seth, What is it that is maintaining your faith in Obama, Can you name anything in your life, or in the nation, that is better since Obama took office? |

Here, I do not have "faith" in Obama, but I do like the stance he has recently taken. Stated differently, I think the current tea party and all current GOP candidates, are so out of touch with the nation we do not have to worry about a republican president, for two more elections. My life, well, it's pretty good and according to my wife, we seem to be living it well. Complicated but good. Not sure how much of it has to do with Obama, or if it was just timing on our part. How are the republicans going to steal the election this time? Will it be a Supreme Court "appointment", or voter fraud fear inspired voter ID rules, redistricting, ballot machine recounts,........ Why are you guys even worried, just pull the strings to rig the election again. |

All I am saying is, the republican candidates thus far, have nothing to offer.
The debates have been a sideshows. The ever growing list of shills against Romney, amusing. You are down to Cain, just waiting for the Christi. Buddy Roemer is next? I hear one of the Baldwin boys is interested in politics, maybe him? I want more Bachman antics, that is some fun stuff there. Bachman/Palin. Woot! |

No.
Realistically, I know all the pubs will fall in line behind the eventual candidate like never before seen, defending him to the end, even if the candidate is "sub-par". Whomever Rush nominates, dominates. |

BO is the definition of sub-par. That was my point. Looks to me like you have nothing to promote BO with, so you're left with bashing the other side. Sad and childish. |

.... our life is pretty much the worst (financially) it has been in 36 years of marriage. We own a retail/ "residential construction based" business we started in 1987. The last 3 years are BY FAR the worst we have ever experienced. .........your life being pretty good is interesting.. what do you do for a living/who "signs" your paycheck? |

I'm all ears. Let's hear what they have to offer. I know. -Less regulation -Lower taxes -More Freedom -More God - No choice - Lower Taxes - More Guns - Lower Taxes - Paul Ryan plans. - Less school - Lower Taxes So yeah, they do have a offered plan, but I don't think Americans are buying it. And the latest poll numbers, 51% disapproval, represent the economy, which is more of a congressional issue. Hardly ignorant, if you meant that literally. See, while I pay attention to progressives, I also watch and read much about democrats and republicans, and wouldn't call myself ignorant on the republicans "plan". |

Well, I know what side is CLEARLY not in line with my stance. And I also know where a progressive would want the country to go. You are the one who still believes, even after I told you several times, I do not champion Obama. |

Sorry to hear that. I have many friends in the construction industry who are really hurting, and around here housing is so slow. I used to own a towing operation, which I sold a few years after returning from Iraq. Now I mainly play poker, so I really don't get a check from a job. My wife and I just returned from 11 days in Aruba, we went there for poker, well, not her. We will be going to Vegas in Nov and Jan., and I play the "local" area four days a week, including Indiana. My wife works part time, it is so awesome to be able to spend so much time with her. |

The only stance Obama has taken in his speeches is he feels his first term that people are scared of the federal goverment and bash the right because we are really making him look stupid. And off course, again and again with these polocies of his. The founding fathers wrote over and over again that the federal goverment should not impeed our liberty, justice or freedom. Socialist ways do not work. He wants to do everything on the federal level which is why the right hate him. State and local forces are suppose to be taken care of are equal liberty. Not the federal goverment. |

Mainly....poker. My wife and I have two other sources of income, not including any freelance work. Really though, back on track. You think this mess we are in now, belongs to Obama? Everyone knew this *************** was hitting even before he took office. The republican way forward is to cut taxes, cut services, cut wages. These cuts won't create ANY jobs, just increase the amount of unemployed. GOP is still arguing the issue of Obama's birth certificate, Sheriff Arpio is on the job now. Get with the program...time to move on. Your whacked out tea party crap is destroying the party. Your next candidate, Charlie Sheen. Really though, the tea party is pretty much Texas, a few in Ilanoyme, and obviously one in Minnesota somewhere. |

All of these political posts all progress in the same fashion.
Righties get proven wrong, so they move the goalpost, only to be proven wrong again, where again the goalpost is moved, and on and on. Sometimes they get technical, and throw in an absolutely off the wall issue to the front page in an attempt to muddy the water. Example, the recent light bulb legislation. Or say Planned Parenthood. It needs to be said, the tea party and the republican support team, do have one clear message to all voters, Obama is a one term president' That's it. What we stand for; - Make sure Obama isn't re-elected. Thanks, Republican party Nice mission. |
