Looking for a 4v 302 carburetor. Can some one lead me in the direction a decent used one or rebuild? Also any exhaust parts ie manifolds.
Thanks for any and all help. |

i just can't help myself...........
nice little webber set up for a 351. you can save a hundred or so if you go with the osco replacements exhaust manifolds risers. they are a thicker casting than pleasure craft, but ugly. IMHO. skidim and many other marine suppliers sell 302/351 exhausts. are you replacing a 2300 holley? |

bills would be the proper size. i think you need 500cfm for a 302 4v. a 4160 would be to big.

When replaceing a carb there is a formula to use, generally speaking. However engines with a dual plane intake manifold can use more. Because of the nature of the dual plane only half of the carb CFM is being used, EX. a 600 CFM on an dual plane manifold only uses 300 CFM per side or app.75 CFM per cylinder. Depending upon design and engine condition. A open plenuim manifold used in high performanc not needing low end torque would use all 600 CFM, used for high RPM and HP. The more air the better breathing ability.
