looks like a 272 xp . that leg and you were lucky , it got me thinking today about how lazy i am putting on my chaps, on another note guys (this one from experience) when cutting a real leaner and you make your wedge cut. be very careful on the back cut. i once got careless and when i jumped on the back cut the tree spring boarded and split about 12 ft of its length the back half of the tree went by my head with enough force to pop my head off my neck i think.

Tim,
You sure are getting plenty of attention that's certainly deserved. I actually think you're getting more than "nautiquechick" ever did!! I wonder what ever happened to her? |

For thousands of years men have felt the irresistible urge to go to sea, and many of them died. Things got better after they invented boats.

I just caught up on your accident, thanks for grossing us out with those pictures, very glad you're on the mend. I've always felt like Lake water is the best cure all, so jump on in there. Chuck |

Tim:
Just talked to my bro' a couple hours ago [he should be at your place any time now] and he told me about your "incident". Very, very lucky! One of the reasons I have always disliked chainsaws! Never owned one until I got the place in Tennessee but it is a must there....your mis- fortune will be a reminder for us all!! Good luck and good healing. The offending saw looks like a bad---....I bet the old 18" would have cleared! |

Next time I am going to have breakfast before I come on this site
Not sure why this popped into my head:
Glad you have not done any serious damage and hope you heal up soon, just stay away from the dirty lake water for a while. |
