I need a rudder assembly and strut that will work on a Ski Tique or 73 74 Skier which I think is the same boat ?

Yes, same boat.

Rudder = 27A

Strut = 6A

You can also use the 6A6 strut if need be (the 6A is NLA from CC). It has a longer body (6" vs. 5") which you can cut down.
