Lee, I don't side with Seth very often, But if your posts are an indication of your self control and good judgment, I would leave the hand gun at home in a locked cabinet. I am a strong supporter of the right to carry, but do not choose to do so myself. As a paramedic I never much liked defibrillators either. Like guns they are designed to save by doing selective damage in highly stressful life and death situations. Even in highly trained hands it only takes a very small error to end up with an unintended victim rather than a saved life. Day one of first aid class they teach you to "First do no harm."

I'm passing this on because it worked for me today.

A doctor on TV said that in order to have inner peace in our lives after this election, we should always finish things that we start. Since we all could use more calm in our lives, I looked around my house to find things I'd started & hadn't finished.

seth it sounds to me that ski cat was just saying he is glad he got his license to carry   i dont see how that was threatening to anyone . he my believe that with the current state of our country he should carry a weapon . that is his choice .
