Hey
Hope everyone had a great summer. My 93 warning light seems to want to stay on (overheating or lost oil pressure) Both of which are fine. Has anyone had this problem??? Can I cut power to it without causing any problems Thanks |

David:
Pro-Tec been removed? ....... If gauges read fine, then probably bad oil pressure or temp switch.... if your Pro-Tec was still there, it would go into limp mode with normal gauge readings.....So, pull wire to each switch and see if warning goes off..... if not, perhaps alarm box issue (but most likely switch though.) |

I removed pro-tech in june I will get new switches. Thanks. .My 93 also has a bad vibration after my wifes accident in May. When I came into the docks i gave it way to much gas in reverse to get it stopped. No chips in prop, alignment is fine. Thought maybe a damaged clutch so I ran it all summer (little over 100 hrs) nothing has changed. The vib is worse in reverse than forward. I hate to take trans out with out exhausting all other possibilities. Any ideas
