Made it out to the show today for a bit. It was cool to finally put some faces to the screen names. Hope to meet more peeps this weekend.
I didn't take a whole lot of pics, but here's a couple I figured I'd share. CC Corral There were so many cool boats at the show, but for some reason these two really stood out to me: |

We were at the captain's party and had a chance to meet some more of the cc fans. It was great and i look forward to meeting more tomorrow. Maybe the wind will not be too bad and we can go on a booze cruise.

Most Evinrude boats were extremely un-attractive but that Lark is pretty sharp.

That white boat with the twin white Merc "Towers of Power" is very cool. Always had a soft spot for the inline 6 cylinder Mercs. My dad had a 110 HP Merc on his 14' Chrysler boat when I was a kid. My first boat had a 115 HP Merc on it. That was all before I discovered Correct Craft's.

Christine, Nick and I had a great time at the show yesterday meeting customers and future customers in person. I especially enjoyed talking to Mr. Ralph whom I hadn't talk to for over 10 years. I ask him if he remembered my Grandpa and he said "Of course I remember your Grandpa, Jeptha Larue Sunday. He and my Dad were partners when they started the boat company but your Grandpa decided he would rather have a paycheck every week rather than be an owner so my Dad bought him out but he kept working for the company until he retired.". Mr. Ralph went on to tell me a story that I had forgotten being told by my Mom about how Grandpa got his hand a little too close to the saw blade and it flung a couple of his fingers across Orange Ave. at the old factory! Since my Granpa passed before I was born, it was great talking to someone that knew him besides family. Thanks Mr. Ralph!
Life can take some ironic twist. My wife and I and our son make a living working with boats made by a company that my Grandpa was part of starting! We started an upholstery business 38 years ago with no conscious intentions of it morphing into a business specializing in Correct Craft boats. God works in mysterious ways! I will see everyone this evening at Parramore's when I give out money! George |

That freakin twin rig merc boat is pretty freakin cool. That Lark is neat as well. Clearly nobody cares as much about trailer selection as us Correct Craft guys ha.
Just started snowing up here in Indiana...... Cool history around there George. |

Hey All,
If I was to just get there for a few hours today, say from 4pm to 7pm, what would be the best place to go to meet some CCFan's? Tom |

Thanks Zach. I often think how if my Grandpa had not decided to be bought out, I might have been sitting around with Mr. Ralph telling C.C. stories.

Best place would be Parramores boat show ends at 5pm. Then cook out at Parramores.

Thanks to all for the ride this morning. So sad to see everything so rain soaked. We plan to head back for the get together tonight at the camp ground around 7pm. Finally, the rain has stopped!
See you soon! Skierox |

When you can foot like Jesus, you can dress like Jesus. It is Sunday, and he is at his church. Leave him alone! He does practically walk on water. (My son said to add that)

Hey Bret, you asked if there were new pics posted. To that the answer was yes, you didn't ask if there were good pics. It's Sunday everyone should start their day with a little Jesus.

The weather is good today , cell service and internet is marginal as usual. I think you guys can wait a little bit(that arent here) for the wakeboard and tubing pics behind a wood CC boat. the next person that asks for pictures im sending lots of transexual jesus pics.
