It has been very quiet here politically this cycle, I personally am spending time this evening reviewing my local papers candidate profiles to make sure I make wise choices in the races I don't really follow such as judges and the like. I hope everyone participates tomorrow and makes wise choices for the country. I will be in line when the polls open at 8!

Can we vote to line them all up against a wall for a good old fashioned public stoning?
FL. Governor is a pick-em, both are horrid choices with vast experience of screwing up everything they have touched. Including the Florida Governorship. Party line floppers, lying POS bastards both. I think Ill go independent. Pot? I dunno, doesn't effect me much.... I grow my own. :) |

At least Crist isn't that goofy tool Pink Slip Rick. I didn't think Crist was too bad the first go around. He pulled through for the teachers at the last minute which is part of my family. Scott pleading the 5th was as bad as Obama Social Security card lie. Vote against amendment 2. The amendments are not for the good of the people, no matter what way they sugar coat. Keep corporate America out of pot.

Thanks for the reminder Dave! I haven't really been following it much this cycle. It will be interesting to see how things turn out.

What a surprise, chaos in Chicago, Robocalls telling election officials no need to show up today, lol. Court order extending voting hours as a result.
Could not vote for my namesake, hopefully his opposition, an extremely successful business man, wins!! Illinois is a train wreck, some changes hopefully will get us back on the rails. Yikes Early polls have the democrats leading, once all the republicans get off work and vote, things will change |

Yes, things are really bad in IL. Hopefully Rauner wins the Governors race. Pat Quinn (Quinner's namesake) has said he is going to incorporate another tax increase on us after the elections. I could have a really nice new(er) Nautique if I didn't have to pay our super high property taxes. Like many other people, I really want to move out of the state due to its horrible financial state of affairs and high taxes.

Well the people of Florida have spoken , and the people of Florida are idiots. At least they voted down Amendment 2 which as a result in my opinion is for the benefit of the scooby dooby folks.

What a fun night. The President recently said his policy's were on the ballot, and now we know how people are feeling about them. I hope he remembers that when he is thinking about his next executive order.

A little irritating and frustrating for me to vote here, since the duopoly has done a good job of dominating our ballot and pushing out any truly Constitutionalist oriented candidates.
