Winterizing BFN with antifreeze

Hi there,
I used to have my '92 BFN winterized at a marina. This year, I have the boat stored in a barm and do the prep myself.
Already drained the block (2), headers(2) and pump(1). And want to pour antifreeze in, but are not sure which hose exactly to use.
Other question is on the (Walter) V drive: do I need to drain this as well? And if so, by disconnecting the hoses or by a drain plug.

I always add a/f through the large hose connected to the circ pump. That will fill the engine from bottom to top.

Don't forget the trans cooler. If it's mounting position doesn't allow draining when you disconnected the hose on the RWP.

Yes, RV antifreeze is cheap but it always amazes me everyone trying to fill up the complete system. Drain only is a viable option and many do use the method. With a complete drain, all that's needed for piece of mind is to hit the low stops with the RV that still may have water present. I, in all the years have NEVER used more that a gallon and have NEVER had a problem!

Follow the hose(s). Look for low spots. Gravity works the same on all cooling systems. Water trapped in cast iron is bad. A little ice in the bottom of a rubber hose won't hurt. I had to thaw out 2 hoses Saturday to get an 88 PCM bbc sucking water. I've had to do the same on an 88 PCM sbf. Rested the clogged hoses on my car engine until the ice slugs fell out. Harder freeze than I anticipated. Cost me some time but no damage.
