I just had all of my interior teak re created by a woodworking friend of mine.I have a lot of good pieces left out off of my boat.He did make templates for all of the pieces so more can be made easily. As stated I have some of the pieces left.Feel free to call me @ 608 242 1950 if interested. My boat is a 87 but I think the interiors are the same.

I had my dash plate made out of aluminum and then placed a carbon fiber decal over it. The switch lettering are also seperate decals from the carbon fiber and each other. I have not had any problems with them coming off.
The side decals I believe are available in differenct colors, black with white shaddow, white with black shaddow, and white with a gray shaddow. I got mine for $185 for a set which did not include the 2001. |

We did the dash on our '88 in mahogany. We initially used a decal to label the switches, but we are now going to paint them in the wood and re-varnish over it. When I bought the boat 10yrs ago CC wanted $180 for the plastic piece that would have broken in the same spot. Let us know how you made out, and if you are able to get any of the lettering for the hull- I'd be interested in picking up a set if they are still available.

This may be a bit late, but any screen printing shop that deals in "overlays" could make a reversed print with whatever graphic you wanted on velvet lexan and 3m performance premask. Then the graphics are forever protected behind the plastic as its affixed ink side down... All Instrument clusters for cars etc are make this way as an "overlay" to the lights and electronics... Basically two screen set ups is all you need... As for the backing plate, there are many guys out there that could duplicate these out of plexi or Polycarb. Why use anything fancier??
You could also just reverse print right on clear plexi, then flood black or whatever color.. Bolt on and go !! Hell how many are we talking, I'll get ya quote.. Hollywood, tear apart your dash and meet me for lunch tomorrow !! Moj' |

This is rather off topic... Can you help me figure out what screws I need to get to reinstall the teak trim pieces on our 1987 2001 Ski Nautique. The trim was all taken off to refinish several years ago... and due to ongoing health issues not put back on. Now, we cant figure out what happened to the screws and don't know what to replace them with. Are they Stainless? or maybe Brass? I don't know what size, shape, style.... We would like to use what was originally used.... HELP!
