How tight for the rudder stuffing box gland nut? The steering isn't 1 finger any more. I think I overdid it.

Whatever it takes to stop it from leaking. You could also try a repack.

That's a little hard to do on the trailer.. Might be a task I can perform after the upcoming splashdown..

Raise the trailer tongue and put several inches of water in the bilge. Leaks work both ways. Besides, it's always a good time to give the bilge a wash.
