Hobby Boats can be expensive when the hobbyist is limited on their own skill and expertise.

My FCC pass-through harness developed a leak back in 2006 and PCM wanted it for inspection immediately, so I feel like I may have helped the cause a little bit back then. I replaced it at the time but the new one is not looking great 9 years later. How do I order the updated part?

You can order through your local Nautique/ PCM dealer. Or I will be more than happy to sell you the part from Florida Inboards Inc.
List Price is $95. CCF Fan price $78 plus shipping. |

Jody,
Kind of an important notice, perhaps you could update the Subject to better describe what is in the letter, could make finding it in a search easier. I have a PDF if anybody wants a clearer copy, PM me. |

If you have what looks like an epoxy-filled plastic grommet/nut on your FCC where the HP fuel pump wiring enters then you need to really pay attention to it. The epoxy and the plastic break down from the fuel and eventually leak from that location. I believe they changed the FCC design later on to eliminate this and then offered this new part as a retrofit. Keep in mind when this happened on mine the boat was only 6 years old. My thread on this from 2006, too bad the pics are missing. |

Quinner Did the best I could. This web site does not work as well as others Like BOS. I am not as computer literate as others and could not create a direct link or file to this web site. maybe the administrators could put a direct link into the resource section that these service reminders could be posted in.
