what is the material that the dash is made of on the NWZ/TSC boats? Is there any way to rejuvenate it? I have not had much time at all in these boats and hadn't paid much attention to the material. Is it just glass or plastic wrapped in vinyl? There's a boat local to me that I keep shying from partly because the gauges (not a biggie there) and dash are fairly weathered looking.

Todd,
I'd say that new vinyl would do the job. Finding the correct one may be the challenge? |

From my 1993 NWZ experience: If it is just the vinyl that is weathered that would be an interesting, but not impossible fix. Lots of heat and wrapping would be my guess. However, if the plastic under the vinyl is ruined there is really no good replacement available. Some here have looked into manufacturing replacements, but the costs were quite astronomical.
