I'm currently trying to use the internets to find a 5 inch, but all i am seeing is 4's and 6's. When I pulled my worn out one it had a 4" and a 1" in it. Can i cut down a 6 being super careful not to tear up the rubber? or is that a no-no?
Asking for some quotes from some manufacturers who offer custom sizes as well. not sure how long that will take but looking to get done asap... boat has been outta the water too long right now haha. < I assume this is probably my best bet though. Its a Skylark and the shaft is 1 and the strut is a 1 1/4 and the length of the strut is 5. |

Correct and agree. A PO hacked it. Since the cutlass has been changed before and now again, I suspect there may be an alignment issue. I suggest a complete alignment from the strut forward. |
