So Whilst driving on the very busy ATL Perimeter today this crotch rocket splits the lane between me and the truck next to me, just missing my mirror by maybe 6 inches at best I was going just shy of 80mph, this lunatic hadda be doing high 90's (at least).
There's a reason why this is illegal in 49 states, sheer idiocy......a few inches and I'd still be there I'm sure.....making a statement, etc...then, I would have had to go to the car wash of course.... |

What you describe is not legal anywhere.
Lane splitting is legal in California when done responsibly. Tickets can be issued for unsafe lane change if they zig zag over the line from lane to lane or speeding...and our Highway Patrol Motor officers will split with the best of em. |
