Hey All, I have a 2008 SANTE 210. I have the ex343 engine. Long story short a freeze happened quick last year so i pulled the 7 plugs on my block/vdrive, and ran anti freeze thru the heater. The boat is always stored inside a garage. I had a bad dream last night after I started to detail the boat to get it ready for the season. For some reason I think the block is cracked probably because I did it myself for the first time. Today I decided to put all the plugs back in and fill the block up with water. I filled the boat up with water let it sit and checked the oil level and was fine. If the block was cracked wouldn't the water run into the oil pan showing me a different reading than before? Im probably fine just me being a head case.

7 plugs
two knock sensors on block
two brass manifold
one j-pipe plug
one trans cooler I pulled hose and the plug
one ppm v drive plug

List look accurate, you should also empty the strainer. Be sure your heater hoses are also reconnected.

If you drained and added antifreeze you should be fine. Fire it up and then look around for leaks and check your oil.

Fired her up and found this. I've ran it three different times on the fake a lake. It temped fine and had no water intrusion in the oil. After it warms up the leak goes away. I'm hoping it's a gasket issue. Let me know what you fellers think. I don't think it's a crack block but who knows
