Clinton Lake Fall 2019

Hey gang, had several people reach out to see if there was a fall gathering again at Clinton Lake in Illinois. Yes, we are going to set the date of September 20-22 if people want to camp and join at anytime. It is a laid back event, nothing chiseled in stone, we just do what mother nature allows us to. We will get the boats out and ski in the mornings (we are getting older so it isn't as early as it used to be) then float in 90 degree water to cure the aching muscles!

We welcome anybody and everybody to join us whenever they can! If you want to boat during the day and hang out around a campfire for a while, that is perfectly fine and very welcomed!

We have not reserved any sites yet but if there is enough interest from people who want to camp, we can definitely look into suggesting sites.

Hey man! We will be around the campground all night on Saturday! If you're in the area come on by! All of us will be camping and we hope the weather holds out. Generally we boat most of the day on Saturday (nuclear power plant lake so water is 90 degrees) and swim then pull the boats out and have a big potluck meal Saturday evening. We would love it if you could stop by or however it would work for you! People will show up mid Friday and leave sunday mid day usually.
