I guess only a dozen of of us are eating Mike as there seem to be a bunch of crickets in here. Anything in particular that you or Marsha want for desert? How about you Richard?

No preference here on desert unless the GA peaches are super ripe that time of year.  Always love a peach cobbler.  But it may be too early.

Would y'all prefer I bring burgers to throw on with Mike's ribs vs chicken wings?

I am picking up an HO Hovercraft prior to the trip.  I spent too much of last season nursing back pain and think it could be a fun way to get my slalom rehab well underway.

Okay Gang.... we are quickly approaching the Ruckus as Mike mentioned. Just a reminder to those who are regulars and for the few newcomers we have.......

DON'T FORGET!!!!!

ANCHOR
ROPES for Bow AND Stern
BOAT FENDERS... this is essential for rafting up in the Silver Glen and for docking in Taverres for lunch Fri.
RED SOLO CUPS... Alcohol is prohibited in the Silver Glen and Barney always shows up, but everyone knows that "drinking water' tastes better out of a RSC! Wink
SUNSCREEN and SNACKS... It's usually an all day party at the Glen on Sat so be prepared to bake in the HOT Fla Sun all day.

For those not knowing what to bring for Saturday Nights cookout just bring something that goes well with ribs and chicken. Chips are always good, Every likes Desserts so bring something other than coconut and carrot cake which is what I usually bring as its usually requested. King Hawaiian Dinner rolls maybe??

Should be there by 2:00ish on Thursday. So I hope to splash a boat and do some St. Johns Slalom Skiing. Spent all day cleaning/waxing a boat and prepping the tow vehicle. Thursday will be here quickly. See y'all on the River!

I have to hit the store again anyway.  I will grab a bag of charcoal.  You find with Kingsford, or want some lump?

Anything is fine. We'll probably need a pretty large bag or maybe 2 for the size of that grill. Thanks

I've got a large unopened 19.5 bag left over from from the previous Ruckus we had so I'll bring it.

Just arrived. Where is everyone????? Campground looks great. Some new changes. A lot of spot can not accommodate trailers anymore. Trailer parking is across the street now. Seem like they are packing this place with a few new cabins. Water level is lower then normal. Well time to hit the water. See everyone soon.

Our chancellor added a meeting to my calendar yesterday so we were delayed in our departure.  We made it across the FL line though and stopped at a hotel at midnight.  So we will get there mid-day.  I think we are neighbors this year -- although I guess technically we are all neighbors at Paramores.  See y'all later today!

Does anyone have an extra impeller kit available for a 330 Excalibur? Mine might be fried.

Another great Ruckus in the books. Always excited about being able to hang out with some wonderful like minded friends. I just wanted to take a minute and thank the great Art Cozier for making what could of been a horrific day on the water, after my throttle cable broke, a safe and drivable boat back to the docks. Without any hesitation, Art took off his famous hat and crawled up under the dash to start problem solving what could be done. After about 2.5 hours, we were able to come up with the solution with the tools and parts on hand. This is the exact reason there is no better boat on the water and the people who own and have been around these boats are second to none!!!!! Thank you again....
