Theres an alligator clip attached to the positive, and that is used as our starter so could that be an issue do u think?

Reed,
Have the battery load tested at your local auto supply. Are the battery posts and cable terminals clean? Do you use a wire type terminal on them? Is the battery a starting type and not a deep cycle? |

So my uncle and I were out ripping on his 81 tique. Shut the boat off and it wouldnt start again after that. We tried unhooking the battery and checked fuses but nothing worked. We waited a bit and turned it over one last time and she fired right up? Confused by that so i was just wondering if anyone has an opinion on it, thanks.
