That is why I wanted a rudder not a port or box and rudder, I was not going to use a port or box with rope stuffing

You can swap out the existing rudder port or ream / bore current port to fit new rudder.

Sorry but nan 11A will not fit the rudder port that came with the boat. Shaft is to big.
