Still…damn cold.

When water temp goes below 45 degrees, this old man stays in the cave until spring.  Good on ‘ya brother for braving the elements like that.  On the positive side, with therapy and medication, there is hope for a full recovery…

Ha! I hear ya. We're making it work. I kept the jumpsuit out of my previous SN, which fits perfectly in the walk-through, and with the window closed, no wind. I changed the T-stat, so we have heat now :-) I'll make time to call you on the shower. A thermos of hot water is working well.

The BigAir back should be here this week, so I can ditch the patio blocks!

Need to get James a hoodie/mask, as his face got a bit cold.

I might actually get a drysuit and train the boy to pull this winter. No Five-O out there to give us a hard time ;-)

I'm keeping an eye out for an SLC layover!

Great photo, some of the very best water is available if willing to brave the cold.  No other boats so pretty much glass every time out.   We used to enjoy the same, coldest outing for me was 32* and foggy, man that was cold.  It was also 35 years ago,  Not sure if I got smarter or lazy but we quit braving the elements in winter.   Keep up the good work!   We did find a little Brandy kept the blood flowing on the cold days but not for those under 21.  HA.  A bonfire on the beach also helped warm up.

PS:  35 years ago we did not have heaters but a couple tennis shoes under the front of the engine cover let heat flow out to warm the observers feet.

Thanks guys, we're going to have a blast with it this winter! And we do get those occasional winter warmups, so we'll be ready!
