Looking at an Acme 480 prop for my 1989 Nautique model 2001, 351w with the 1:1.23 trans. The Wakemaker site has their prop guide listing it as “good for wakeboarding/skiing”. I searched this site for any reviews of the 480 prop and didn’t find anything.

Assuming your SBF 351W is not the high-output variety, is properly performing, making 240 HP, then I would look at:
- ACME 422 - ACME 654 - ACME 1868 The ACME 422 is considered by many as the "go to" prop on many Ski Nautiques running the SBF 351W engines with the 1.23:1 tranny, but your lower HP engine may not spin the 422 to the RPMs that the engine wants. Just below the 422 in pitch is the 654 and the 1868 is just below the 654. Forum member TRBenj will have good recommendations. Perhaps he will leave a comment. JQ

Probably a better approach than looking at the Wakemakers chart would be to do a search here on CCF titled something like "89 SN prop" and read what comes up.
Here's a google search in the link so you can do some reading  You'll find Acme numbers like 1442, 422, 470 654 but not 480 mentioned in different threads. I suppose if you load your boat really, really heavily and just want to surf, rev the engine high and go slow a 480 might work OK
