Sadly, the port side side window vent fell out and into the lake two weeks ago. I emailed MWCC, but have not heard anything. Does anyone know if this is going to be a lost cause? The plastic hardware had been worn out for awhile, but I had managed to keep the window closed.

jd,
MWCC's been looking for one for me for about 10 months. Supposedly they have them but with the move to the new factory they can not be located. I'm probably going to get a price on having a glass shop make one up so if I go that route I'll post the price, there may be a few people besides us looking for one. |

You can’t change the wind but you can adjust your sails

FWIW I kept leaving my 82 window open and breaking it on the trailer or dock....so I started making them out of plexiglass from Lowes. Made a cardboard template.

emccallum,
Not a bad idea and might go down that road if I can find the plastic hardware somewhere. |
