I am working with a local vinyl shop to have replacement faces made for the 712b and 726 airguide speedometers. It will be a vinyl sticker that you would place over your existing faded face. The 712b is the white/ fades to tan face that reads in mph and km and the 726 is the black with white lettering 0-50mph. Tentative price should be $10 a piece. I have included a picture of the white face so you can see the finished product the black will take about 10 days to get in.

I was not happy with the white so I am having them redo them, I should have them middle of this week. Let me clarify, the ones I had made 4 years ago I am happy with, but that shop is no longer in business, so I am having a new shop do them and he tried to improve upon the design to make it easier on him, but I told him that they had to be exact to the original.

Rob, I tried emailing you but I keep getting failure notices, and this website does not appear to be accepting pictures at the moment. I'll keep trying.
The gauge face is approx 3 3/16"

Rob, I just emailed you to order one of your 712b faces. I've also posted a new topic asking for help in finding a glass face for my 712b. The one on my '77 Ski Tique shattered recently (when I accidentally put my heel through it . . . long story!). Any ideas where I might look?

Thanks!

Rob, I sent a PayPal payment to your account yesterday for a pair of decals but haven't heard anything. Did you get it? Please let me know . . . the email I sent you was sent back a undeliverable.

Thanks,

I got your payment and I will ship them out, I have a glass face, but it is the kind that has the adjustment hole in the front, but it would work for your aplication, it is yours if you want it for $10 to cover the shipping.

Rob, I got the decals today and they look awesome! Thanks so much. Now comes the hard part: how do I remove the needle so I can affix the decal? I'm so afraid I'm going to damage it, so I thought I'd better ask you first. BTW, thanks for the glass face as well. I think it's going to work!

I am interested on the new face for my Airguide Speedo- 78 Tique as the original is faded and peeling. How difficult is it to remove the glass face from the housing and the needle to install the decal?

I got 2 of the black ones on Oct 29, 2008. He told me at the time that they were the last two he had. He was checking into have some more done.

I have not applied mine yet. I can check with a local vinyl shop and see if they can make them if Rob cant get them anymore.
